Nikolai Gogol, The Overcoat

April 2021 – 10th Russian American History Month in NY State

OPENING APRIL 29th, 2021

After one year of closed curtains, Pushkin Hall will be reopening with the world premiere of Nikolai Gogol’s The Overcoat, adapted and directed by Aleksey Burago. A minimal cast of four actors plays multiple characters in this delirious masterpiece, featuring Roman Freud, Tom Schubert, Christopher Zach, and Di Zhu.
Only 33% of seats will be available to the public. Attendees are required to wear masks throughout the performance. Temperature checks will be taken upon entrance.
