The unveiling of plague in memory and honor of Patriarch Tikhon at the building of St. Nicholas Cathedral in NYC where Russian Orthodox Archbishop of North America Saint Tikhon laid the cornerstone, consecrated and lived.

12 pm ( after the liturgy).
